I made many a jobsite visit off in the boonies, mud covered unpaved roads in Vermont, Rocky hillsides in Pennsylvania, and every kind of weather imaginable. I was traveling on business which kept the weight in the Jeep high with books, brochures, heavy stuff.
My experience with them was 40K on the first set and slightly longer on the succeeding sets, even one set that had carbon-metallic pads which basically outlast the rotors. The brakes were notorious for warping and quick wear, there was even a recall.
The 94 Grand with V-8 could be had with 4 wheel discs.
