Pillows were terrible, but always are in hotels. Incredible bathroom, shower, double vanity sink. We stayed in a King Suite Promenade Tower. Ate breakfast in Minnehaha Cafe- again great service. What we noticed was all the employees smiling, being helpful and friendly. Super comfy auditorium for Wheel of Fortune Live (REALLY FUN EVENT) and excellent service and staff all weekend long. Called reservations because something was goofy with website and the reservation contact was super professional helpful and upgraded our room due to wife’s birthday.
